Return and Exchange Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the workshop: 100% refund

• Cancellations 3–6 days before the workshop: 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop: No refund

2. If the event is canceled by us (organizer):

• A full refund will be issued.

All services are performed in-person.
Reservations are confirmed immediately after payment.
