🌸 Chiba’s Champions at the National Yukata Contest! 🌸

At Yamato Kimono Remix, we are beyond excited to share some amazing news! Nozomi-san, our founder and director, and I, Matthew, have proudly won the Yukata Contest for Chiba Prefecture! 👘✨ Thanks to this honor, we will be representing Chiba at the National Yukata Contest 2025, taking place on August 31st at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, in the magnificent Grand Hall Tsubaki.

This is more than just a competition—it’s a celebration of Japanese tradition, elegance, and creativity, and we feel truly honored to take part in this prestigious event.

Competing at the National Stage

The contest begins at 2:45 PM, with judging starting shortly after. We’ll be joining other talented prefecture winners, showcasing our Yukata styling, creativity, and attention to detail. 🌸

The day will be full of exciting moments:

• 16:20 PM – Public runway for four winners of the “Bishoujo Zukan Presents Yukata Beautiful Girl Contest 2025” (recorded)

• 16:35 PM – Special stage performance by Mieko Sato, former member of SKE48, sharing her talent and charm with the audience 🎤✨

• 17:15 PM – Judging results, awards ceremony, and commemorative photos

• 18:00 PM – Official end of the contest

After the event, everyone is invited to enjoy the beautiful gardens of Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, a perfect place to take in the serene atmosphere and reflect on a day full of color and tradition. 🌿🏯
